The power of a positive no is like a book that tells you about not being a person that gets to be like a rug and walked all over like some people I know who I tell you should start to say no more so that it becomes easy to you to do this so that you only do what you want and not what others want as there was boys like this in Carstairs who I would say in the shop atrium when at our table I would say to one "go and put this empty juice bottle in the bin" Then when he went to do it I would shout something like "what are a timid mouse or a pushover do you want to spend all your life doing things for others" When people gave him hassle I would say  "los the boy alain" which is Yiddish for 'leave the boy alone' it usually done the trick.

I was watching TV when David Blaine's face appeared and in a slow deliberate, controlled, manner he brushed his tongue so I wanted to know why he did it and next minute I was addicted to scrubbing my tongue till it was red raw and I asked a nurse how to stop it and he said "its only a problem if you do it to much" which I did as there a stimulant in toothpaste that is extremely hard to get out which is so expensive people prefer illegal stimulants and its so messy it could destroy the building you make it in. Well I was addicted to toothpaste even though my tongue was red raw and a comedy show was on witch took the piss out of toothbrushes that allowed people a ridge on the back to brush their teeth  and tongue to and this TV program said "lets get people to do something stupid like brush their tongues and I immediately stopped as thought I was hypnotised not to do it.

And and is not just a hypnotic tool it can now be a word that starts a sentence and and is a word you can use as many times as you want when it never used to be as you couldn't start start a sentence with it and you couldn't use it more than once but that has changed as it is a word that you can start a sentence with  and use twice like the word 'and and and' and that's hypnotism.
