There was a nurse in Carstairs who came into my room and said "I just need to go into your toilet for something" and I said "what do you need a piss or a shit". Another nurse said "I'm just nipping into the loo so don't stand about and I said "I like to listen" as though it was a normal thing to say.  my prosody was spot on. There was a guy on the  radio who was obviously using his prosody to create a good effect on his listeners and they obviously practiced NLP as it was good listening but I was feeling mischievous and wanted to be annoying so I wrote her a text saying you copied him even though he might have copied her or no one copied each other they could both of learnt it from NLP which I think is likely but I thought I had fucked up as she stopped doing it just to make me think I had fucked up and ruined her career, so if I have a radio station she can work there but openly she uses her prosody as a tool to get the listeners as It was one of the best uses of prosody I have ever heard and to be honest now I know she used prosody as it was matter of fact and business like and very pleasing on the ears the best use of  prosody I have ever heard  and the other DJ was the same and just as good and the only other person I heard was a guy who had people paying 18oo pounds for NLP courses, Neuro Linguistic Programming and I thought he knew what he was doing and if I had the money I would have gone on it as "say all the best things" but it can always be better so onwards and upwards. 

In the jail I told a guy  not to put the tv so low its a noise and I thought its called programs  as they program people like robots to keep them going as criminals so that they make money for  people involved in the judicial system which is why they don't care about violent offences but hate offences involving property. Well this guy we shall call Marcus as he is a person  with the same name as Marcus well listen to this he did what I told him not so next second I'm waking up aware that I am getting programmed so I am not going to give the game away as I didn't believe I could be programmed as I knew about it so I waited a while till fully alert and then got on with the day. In jail you get the same things said to which are things like "when are you next up in court" I thought this was to try to make you feel helpless and caught in the system as you face the inevitable to be with the belief its a repetitive cycle and in Snake town  they would say including mental health practitioners the would tell "how long you been out" and in Carstairs they would say to you "any word on getting out" as they wanted you to think that no matter what they had did you would be a person they were getting out before and as I write this I feel the anger at robots who know what I do who I just act hard with to control as I have them believing its easier to fight 20 people than it is one as Space cat used to say. I used to say to him "aye if its twenty of you fighting one of me and then I said it wouldn't be the case if it was one of you fighting twenty of me and I said we wouldn't be falling all over the place getting in each others way we know what were doing trust me I'm a professional I do this for a living.

There's a symptom called poly dip sia which I thought was to program robots with  an attempt to fill the world with weird music videos lie the ones by Sia and bouncers with their Sia and CPA meetings and things like that why is there no asprin in thge jungle because the para ceat em a ll. My mate was brilliant at everything as he is supposed to be In Dubai making millions at doing architecture as he has a first class honours in architecture and had a band that he had a 140000 pound record contact and they were good i used to pretend that I was gonna be the next bez with them which twice got me a threesome and one with tourists. I had a dream like Martin Luther King which was of me on a low level skiff which had a gaggle of soldiers who were in marshes and he spoke into a microphone motivating them and they thought I was a bit of a dick and laughed at me.

 Me and my brother were fighting with knifes and pokers one of which he bent over my head which I thought was good as it would make him the type of guy who never messed with him. There was a guy called Jamie who was in Carstairs as he was so dangerous and kept attacking people who were in a Satanic cult that believed in sacrifice in a weird scenario and he asked me if I believed in Magic and he wanted me to say something supernatural so I told he "I didn't as I wanted to think what I believed was magical and that I saw magic as normal and the nurses couldn't' t get him out of there fast enough.
