I cant remember who it was but there was some sort of anthropologist who studied humans and he said that Black people were not as clever as white people as studies had indicated as he said in tests studies in the south suggested that white people did better in tests in the south than Black people and northern white did better people than northern Black people but both northern black and white people did better than north and southern white and black people so I would say that that doesn't mean there is a real difference in the intelligence with black and white people as I would say its not genetic but educational but and that money spent in these schools should be looked to find the true reasons for this as if black people in he north are cleverer than both black and white in the south that means that whites in the south are not cleverer than black people in the north so it cant be genetic.
