The doctors would talk about 'sleep hygeine', as I thought people were hypnotising me in my sleep so I wore my clothes so as to confuse the people who I thought were doing it. They said I was worried about haveing my shit pushed in in my sleep. That was so they could  get  cameras showing the room doors and the only place not seen in the inside of the cages was in the toilets and the rooms.
